We currently have two squash courts at the Allander Leisure Centre,
bookable via East Dunbartonshire council. These are high quality glass-backed courts which opened to the
public in March 2023.
Allander Local Mini Leagues
Open to all players, we run monthly mini leagues throughout the year.
Each month the top two players go up a league, the bottom two players
go down a league. The mini leagues are a great way to meet new players
of similar skill and ability.
Allander Squash Teams
The club has four teams competing in the
West of Scotland Squash Leagues. League matches take place every Wednesday evening. Team squash is a
great way to improve your game and meet the wider squash community in
the West of Scotland.
Club and Coaching nights
Club and coaching nights take place on Mondays between 18:30 - 21:30.
Qualified coaches are available each week to support players with
suggested practice drills and alternatively to play games amongst
themselves.
Social Agenda
We are a very sociable club with several nights out each year, plus
an annual tournament.
Junior Squash
We are planning to create a junior/youth section within Allander
Squash Club. If you are new to squash and under 18, do not hesitate to
reach out to us to discover this great sport.
Ladies Squash
Allander Squash Club previously had a Ladies team competing in the
West of Scotland Leagues - and we hope to again soon! We would be very
interested in welcoming any lady player into our club to join any of
the club's activities - please get in touch.
